“Land, Night and Sea” was created using acrylic paint on cotton canvas with palette knives. I wanted to create a painting that had cool colors that only used the colors of blue and purple while also incorporating tints of these colors. I wanted the blue to capture a night sky, after the sun goes down, with land to the left and water in the foreground.
